Advising on change management approaches, strategies and processes over a range of areas
including:

  •  Improvement of pupils’ outcomes, including standards, achievement, attendance and behaviour
  • Governance, leadership and team structures, including appropriate policies and practices and the delivery of training and development opportunities
  • People management, including policy development, HR planning, governor and leadership recruitment, employee engagement and communication, performance management policies and processes
  • Developing inter-school and community partnerships
